DESCRIPTION

Refurbishment of 2nr – 5 storey offices blocks constructed originally in the year 1999- 2000 to include new reception areas including all flooring, lighting, ceilings, heating systems. Replacement of all shower and toilet facilities, new shower block in the basement, new roof coverings and parapets. Replacement boilers and air handling units, valves and pumps.

The project involved the strip out and removal of all old apparatus whilst maintaining access to a live occupied office scenario and maintaining all day to day services.
