Gregg has a proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver projects to a demanding timescale while maintaining the highest of standards expected by ourselves at Devoe Construction and our clients.
With over 25 years of quantity surveying experience, Gregg transitioned seamlessly to this senior role as Commercial Director at Devoe Construction Ltd.
Gregg’s active involvement in projects coupled with his dedication to delivering client visions and upholding Devoe Construction’s standards make him a vital contributor to not only Devoe’s success, but also that of our client’s projects.
During his 20 years experience in the construction industry, Declan has worked with an impressive range of clients and many of Ireland’s tier one contractors across the commercial, retail, leisure, education, conservation and renovation sectors.
As construction director, Declan oversees the planning, execution and completion of the projects. Declan coordinates teams and leads them through the strategic plans he develops. Simultaneously, he ensures effective resource allocation, efficient scheduling and manages risk appropriately.
Declan’s combination of technical, managerial and problem-solving skills play a pivotal role in Devoe Construction’s continued development.
