Ideally situated in what is considered Dublin’s golden mile for office buildings, College Park House is the head office for the Mercantile Group. Devoe Construction undertook the entire high end office fit-out, aligning with the Mercantile Group’s dedication to creating an exceptional experience for all employed there. This project encompassed all mechanical and electrical programs, audio visual fit-out, fitted furniture and data. Furthermore, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, glazed partitions, kitchens, bathrooms and specialist wall papers and lighting were introduced to elevate the building to realise the client’s vision.
