To align with their outstanding principles, Macari’s engaged Devoe Construction to complete pyrite remediation, decommissioning of the entire restaurant, deconstruction of all internals, removal of all walls, floors and sub-base material and underpinning all existing foundations. Once these remedial works were finalised, we executed the reconstruction of the entire restaurant to include installation of all cooking equipment and walk in chiller rooms and freezers, air-conditioning, lighting, mechanical services and all finishes
