CARRICKMINES GREENS

McStay Luby were appointed as receiver on behalf of NAMA to run Carrickmines Green where significant safety defects were uncovered.

Alongside KCC fire consultants, Devoe Construction carried out fireproofing to 50 apartments and common areas to include basement, service risers and smoke shafts. Fresh air venting to residential areas was also introduced. Other works completed included the waterproofing to basement stair cores, pumps and perimeter. Additionally, ESB equipment and cables were replaced.
