he Legal Aid Board are an independent statutory body responsible for the provision of civil legal aid and advice, family mediation and vulnerable witness related services and for the administration of a number of ad hoc legal aid schemes.
This project involved the complete refurbishment of existing live offices. As this project was completed in a live environment, we undertook the decommissioning of services on a phased basis to ensure the important business operations were uninterrupted. Other works completed included decanting furniture, the refurbishment and replacement of mechanical and electrical air-conditioning as required and the installation of new sprinkler tanks, pumps and heads to ensure full compliance with fire regulations and insurance stipulations.
