Due to a fire-damaged facade, Devoe Construction was tasked with undertaking the remedial works at the National Ambulance Centre in Tallaght, emphasizing the significance of a live working environment within critical national infrastructure. With a €0.5 million investment from the HSE, we embarked on a comprehensive overhaul, ensuring that essential operations continued seamlessly throughout. Our strategy involved meticulous planning and execution, allowing us to replace the damaged facade and curtain walls, refurbish internal spaces, and implement forensic cleaning protocols while keeping vital services online—all within a challenging 12-week program. This accelerated timeline required precise coordination and efficient resource management, showcasing our team’s capability to deliver complex projects within stringent timeframes. Moreover, our dedication to preserving the live working environment underscores the paramount importance of seamless continuity in critical national infrastructure projects, even under demanding schedules.
