Northern Cross Dental is a specialist dental practice where they combine the art and science of orthodontics, ensuring all their patients leave smiling. Dr Kieran Daly is Ireland’s only orthodontist certified by the European Board of Orthodontics & the Angle Society of Europe.
Devoe Construction have an on-going relationship with Dr Daly and have been involved in all of the works completed to the Northern Cross Dental practice. Some works included the complete fit-out of shell and core unit to include raised access flooring, partitions and ceilings, first and second fix electrical, compressed air lines to labs, mechanical heating and cooling extraction systems, bespoke joinery to labs and office areas, doors, floors and decorations. Furthermore, state-of-the-art Air Circulation and Recovery Ventilation systems were employed which comply with the requirements used in Medical and Hospital facilities. Additionally, external modifications to the façade of the building to accommodate a new entrance were completed. Other works completed included the demolition of elements within a unit next to the existing practice, the entire fit out of the new unit and the connection of this to the original unit and refurbishment. All of these works were completed without disrupting the business operations and upholding the high standards set by Dr Daly.
