Gormanstown Park Ltd is a 110 acre campus that offers accommodation, extensive indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, a range of social activities, meeting rooms and catering options.
Devoe Construction undertook the refurbishment project of the outdated 1950’s dorm rooms at Gormanstown Park. The goal of the refurbishment was to update the building to provide various accommodation options and ensure current building, safety and accessibility regulations are complied with. This entailed new partitions, ceilings, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, IT, security, mechanical heating and cooling systems, custom joinery, doors, floors, dining areas, wash facilities, hard and soft landscaping, external emergency staircases and firestopping works.
