The second project Devoe Construction completed for Once Upon A Time was the full turnkey fit out of developer standard Shell & Core commercial unit, transforming it to an outstanding creche facility.
This fit-out consisted of full mechanical services including heating, ventilation, plumbing and sanitaryware in conjunction with full electrical services including general power, lighting, emergency lighting, access control, fire alarms, security alarms and IT.
This project also entailed the installation of fire rated partitions, ceilings, joinery including fire rated doors, kitchens, classroom kitchenettes, changing facilities, floor finishes, full decoration including murals and an external padded astroturf play area and secure palisade fencing.
All of the works were completed in compliance with DAC, Fire Cert & BCAR standards and managed through BCM.
