This endeavour involved the construction of a brand-new creche from the ground up. Utilising a combination of steel and block construction, precast floors, and precast stairs, we ensured durability and structural integrity. The addition of a new lift enhanced accessibility for all. We completed the entire fit-out to the creche facility to include all ceilings, partitions, mechanical and electrical, heat recovery, air conditioning, floor finishes and furniture. Bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, sanitary ware and cabinetry were commissioned to fit the needs of the business and their clients. Topping it off with a metal deck roof, we prioritised longevity and weather resistance. Finally, our commitment to excellence culminated in a full turnkey fit-out, ensuring every detail was meticulously crafted to create a welcoming and functional space for children and caregivers alike.
